Transportation Rates
We offer transportation during our hours of operation (Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) at a flat rate, and we never charge hidden fees. You will never be billed extra for loading or un-loading fees or for bringing a companion to keep you company during the ride.
For transportation requests in the
Business Hours:
● $125.00 per one-way trip, plus a $2.50-per-mile fee
● $160.00 per round trip, plus a $2.50-per-mile fee
For transportation requests outside the
● $125.00 per one-way trip, plus a $2.00-per-mile fee
● $160.00 per round trip, plus a $2.00-per-mile fee
Off-Business Hours:
● $185.00 per one-way trip, plus a $2.50-per-mile fee
● $235.00 per round trip, plus a $2.50-per-mile fee
For transportation requests outside the
● $185.00 per one-way trip, plus a $2.00-per-mile fee
● $235.00 per round trip, plus a $2.00-per-mile fee
Wait time: $50/hour
If you require routine after-hour service, please contact us. We are open to negotiating the price in favor of the passenger.
Unless prior arrangements have been made, fees are collected at the end of each round-trip.
How Our Service Works
Once you have scheduled your medical appointment and/or you become aware of your transportation need, submit a Request for Pick-Up or call us with the following information. Please submit requests within 24 hours of the transportation appointment.
- Passenger Information
- Name and phone number
- Address where passenger will be picked up
- Special needs such as wheelchair or companion
- Destination Information
- Contact and phone number
- Appointment time
- Address, including building number/suite number, etc.
- Expected Completion Time
- Emergency Contact Name and Phone Number
You will then be given a trip confirmation code. The day before your scheduled trip, you will receive a phone call to confirm the trip for the next day.
On the day of your trip you will be contacted by the driver, who will confirm your address and give you an approximate pick-up time.
Once you have reached your destination, your driver will give you our phone number. In order for us to schedule your pick-up, please call the driver as soon as you learn what time you will be ready for your return trip.
While we strive to be as efficient as possible, please understand that there may be a wait time for your return trip to begin, never to exceed 30 minutes.
